Paul LEAVY
Paul Leavy is an associate with Mazoyer Guijarro and is a Member of the Paris Bar (Ordre des avocats de Paris).
Paul is particularly involved in passenger claims with international clients. He also works on general aviation and commercial aviation cases involving liability issues.
Before joining the firm, he worked as trainee lawyer for the aerospace department at Holman Fenwick Willan (HFW) in Paris.
With a strong European and international background, Paul holds an LLM in European law from Maastricht University (Netherlands) and Masters degree in International law from University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne with an exchange at Universitet Oslo (Norway).
He actively follows legal trends in the aviation sector in the Member states of the EU and in America and partly in Latin America.
Paul is able to assist clients both in English and Spanish.
He currently follows training with Eurocontrol on various topics to improve the treatment of passenger claims.
